Reporting in GeoPal

Reporting in GeoPal

Can I receive a pdf output of all completed jobs?

There are a number of reporting options.

To view reports you can go to the ‘Reports’ section on the menu. The main reporting options here are:

  1. Jobs report
  2. Jobs Overview

The Jobs Report allows you to select a date range filter by job status and template name, or who the job was assigned to among other things. This report can then be exported out into excel.

The Jobs Overview Report, will not provide all the details captured in the selected jobs however it will provide an easier snapshot of the jobs.

I’d rather have the downloaded pdf in the format we currently use on paper, is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. A custom report can be created through an excel spreadsheet and uploaded to your account via the 'Configuration' section. In some cases, however depending on the time it takes or training needed in order to create these custom pdf's an additional service pack may be required. If this is something that interests you, please feel free to call and have a chat with us about this feature.

What if I do not want all the captured information to show in my reports?

You can determine what information will be extracted to your reports by customizing them. The custom reports are set up in the ‘Configuration’ section and then available through the custom reporting in the 'Reports section'. You can customize reports for single jobs and multiple jobs.

Each report can be filtered and downloaded as an excel workbook. Please contact us if you would like to talk through this feature and we will assist you in setting it up to your requirements.
